The screen opens with an undetermined gloved hand exercise. A doctor is prolonging his start to the day, imagining the patients in the waiting room one by one until a woman looks up and startles him into dropping his pen. He struggles to pick it up again and falls back helplessly onto the floor, the door opens and in come the inquisitive patients performing a ritual in which he will find his reality descending into a macabre nightmare.
